In this 4 module, self paced programme, you'll learn how to work on your mindset to increase confidence, how to let go of the things holding you back and how to start living your best, most confident life.
Each module consists of a workbook and a recorded lesson.
MODULE 1: An introduction to mindset work. We discuss how to use journaling to increase your confidence, being thankful for what you have, how to VISUALISE to get what you want and the power of affirmations.
MODULE 2: Your BIG vision. We dive DEEP into how to create your BIG vision. We'll discuss what you want from life, how you want to feel everyday and WHO the best version of yourself is.
MODULE 3: Removing what no longer serves you. We get rid of all the things in your life that are holding you back. It's more than just unfollowing a few people on social media. We also discuss the Law of Attraction in this module and how to use it to your advantage.
MODULE 4: How to become the person you want to be. We look at ways you can start to become your best self NOW. No more waiting until you get the pay rise, find the new job, secure that client. You have the power to be your best self TODAY.
The programme is completely self paced so you can refer back to it again and again.
