One of the things I struggle the most with as a business owner is getting the work/life balance right.
I used to feel like I was all in with either one or the other and struggled with working non stop or socialising non stop.
When I moved to Utila in February 2017, I'd just launched my business as a social media manager. With the pressure on to sign some clients, I spent 12-14 hours a day 'hustling' in front of my laptop.

A few weeks ago, I watched the film Seven for the first time. I say the first time - when it came to the dramatic, cliffhanger ending, it turned out I’d already seen that bit.

As a Confidence Coach, I talk about the importance of working on your mindset a lot. Just like our bodies need a regular workout to stay healthy and full of energy, our minds do too.
